We have reimagined pilocarpine, an established and well-studied eye care therapeutic, to create Qlosi™ (pilocarpine hydrochloride ophthalmic solution) 0.4%, our novel corrective eye drop for presbyopia. Qlosi™ is a preservative-free eye drop with the lowest effective concentration of pilocarpine approved, formulated at a near-neutral pH with lubricating agents, designed to achieve a balance between efficacy, safety and comfort. We aim to empower presbyopes to choose when, and for how long, to take a break from reading glasses, with minimal tradeoffs.
